Essex back garden wedding – Jess and Conor’s summer day

What could be better for the summer than an Essex back garden wedding?

The day started with Jess getting her hair and makeup done by her makeup artist friend, Zoe at her parents’ house. There was of course champagne and laughter then of course their dogs wanted to take part too 🙂
They also had a super cool vintage Mustang for the day! Jess and her dad drove to the church then walked down the aisle where Conor was nervously waiting.

After the ceremony they had an amazing amount of confetti thrown at them! Then we took some photos in a nearby little woodland. Make sure you check out Jess’ shoes. They are absolutely awesome 🙂 By the time we got back to their garden, everyone enjoyed some drinks and canapes so Jess and Conor spent time with them.

Everything was so beautifully set up at the back garden. All the tables were arranged on the lawn and the bar at the back of the garden. They had lots of little separated areas decorated with photos, flowers, all sorts of memories. Also the cake!!! It was one of the most creative cakes I have ever seen in my life!!

After some hilarious speeches and an absolute epic song by their friend it was time for hog roast and some photos of Jess and Conor and their super cute dog, Pepper who just wanted to be part of every shot!

Once the sun gone down, they cut the cake (I have to say it was super tasty too 🙂 ), and the cheese cake too and served it with lots of grapes and chutneys… mmm… and the party started with their first dance and the best  and most energetic father and daughter dance you can imagine!
