All enquiries that say ‘festival wedding at Horsley Hale Farm’ are an automatic yes from me 🙂
We could not wait for Vics&Mat’s day at the end of July. When I met Vics few weeks before their wedding, I knew that this was going to be a very relaxed, fun day. All their plans sounded absolutely fabulous!
And just some warning – I have never shared these many photos before! There were too many great moments, stunning details and too much prettiness all around 🙂
On the day
Vics and Mat both got ready at Poet’s House in Ely. The boys headed to Horsley Hale Farm early for some finishing touches.
The girls all had their hair and makeup done then put their amazing dresses on. The bridesmaids dresses were all made of saris! They were just so colourful and beautifully flowy. I don’t even know where to begin with Vics’ dress though… Those tassels…
Their ceremony was conducted by Vics’ aunty by the lake at the farm then they literally ran into their confetti! Then the true festival began… There was so much food, drinks, coffee, games, glitter, you name it all! It was also scorching hot that day which definitely added to the festival feel.
After food the speeches started, they were all absolutely brilliant, emotional and very funny. They made Vics cry quite a few times 🙂
Sunset and partying
We were so so lucky and had the most beautiful sunset. We took Vics and Mat out for a walk and some time for themselves. The farm has so many stunning backdrops, we were spoilt for choices.
After the photos they had their first dance – true V&M style 🙂 Then invited everyone on the dancefloor aaand – check out all those party moments! The dancefloor was packed all night!
Thank you so much guys for having us, we had an amazing day with you and your folks 🙂
