Northamptonshire tipi wedding photography

A summer tipi wedding is just stunning, whether rain or shine. Especially when it’s all Game of Thrones themed! When we first heard about Christie and Mike's vegan wedding feast plans from their planner Nadia, we knew it was going be amazing. They got married last year in the US. This year wanted to have a party with their families and friends here in the UK too.

No ceremony, no formalities, just having cocktails and a good time :)

On the day

Christie and Mike got ready in the afternoon at Christie's parents' house then headed straight to the tipi at the back of the garden - the most amazing setting you can imagine! The weather wasn't great earlier that day and everyone spent most of their time inside. Later on the sun came out for a while so people could enjoy the riverside views.

After having some delicious looking canapes and cocktails there was a short video of their wedding from last year which made everyone cry... followed by the funniest little film made for them by their friends.

The cigar and whiskey bar looked amazing and make sure you check out their cake cutting with a sword!

Party time!

After their emotional first dance everyone headed first to the dancefloor. The party continued until late even outside the tipi with full on dancing and singing.

We took Christie and Mike for a short walk and a few photos just before sunset. They were an absolute dream to photograph, so in love with each other and it just shone through every single shot. We had such a great time with Christie and Mike, their friends and family, everyone was just so friendly!

We could not had hoped for a better day. Thanks again guys for trusting us to photograph your day :)
