Guess what I felt when Hayley got in touch about their Northamptonshire winter wedding? Yes, you’re right! Indescribable happiness! Who does not love a Christmas wedding with fairy lights and all!?

Hayley is such a superwoman, she organised everything for their wedding celebration in a very short time, less than 3 months. They got married the day before the party so there was none of the stress of ceremony and formalities on the day. Just party. We even managed to squeeze in a pre-wedding photo session with their dogs in November. (which I am still yet to blog but there are a few photos on our Instagram feed of them)!

Everything was absolutely gorgeous on the day!! I don't even know where to start...

From Hayley's dress and Matt's awesome outfit to the flowers, fairylights, styling and just... everything!

There was an awesome team of suppliers and Hayley and Matt's friends and families, everyone worked together for days on the setup and it turned out amazing.

I included plenty of detail shots from their wedding because it was just exceptional.

Hayley got ready in her mum's bedroom while Matt was still helping sorting the details outside and when they were both ready they met by a little fountain just outside the house. Hayley's brother was their 'flowergirl' and sprinkled petals for them! And there was an insane amount of confetti when they made their way down to the tent.

There was prosecco, a bar and canapes to start with then we took some formal(ish) photos. Of course it started raining which obviously meant for me... couple photos!!! Weirdly I love rain. And I always have umbrellas with me but this time Hayley did too :)

All this was followed by a super short toast from Hayley's dad and lots of food. Everyone was in a very Christmassy mood and there was a lot of fun a laughter all around.

Weddings with fairy lights

In case I haven't mentioned it, there were fairy lights. Lots of them. Once it was dark, we took Hayley and Matt out for the last time for a very quick walk and some photos then the party started.

We finished the evening with sparklers and some dancing just outside the tent.
